Job Summary: Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring organization, governance, and standardization of digital assets, while optimizing processes and empowering users. Key Highlights: 1. Administer digital asset management (DAM) governance and operations. 2. Optimize workflows and processes to ensure quality and efficiency. 3. Empower users and serve as the internal subject-matter expert on the platform. . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, ensuring organization, governance, and standardization of digital assets; * Define and maintain taxonomy, metadata, tags, categories, and attributes to ensure consistency and ease of search; * Establish and enforce governance policies, access controls, security measures, and digital asset lifecycle management; * Configure and optimize upload, approval, and publishing workflows, aligning them with brand guidelines; * Map existing processes and propose improvements to reduce rework and increase efficiency; * Validate platform functionalities prior to implementation and track bug fixes; * Document processes, policies, and best practices to ensure standardization and scalability; * Train users and teams on platform usage, developing supporting materials such as guides and tutorials; * Serve as the liaison between Marketing, IT, and business units, ensuring alignment with brand requirements; * Ensure digital assets meet defined standards for quality, integrity, and compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in digital asset management (DAM); * Knowledge of DAM system capabilities (upload, search, versioning, and publishing); * Familiarity with taxonomy, metadata, and digital asset structuring; * Experience in digital asset governance and defining access and lifecycle policies; * Experience managing and optimizing workflows; * Basic knowledge of file formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, PDF), compression, resolution, and copyright; * Experience documenting processes and creating best-practice guides; * Experience testing functionalities and validating deliverables; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset; * Ability to conduct training sessions and serve as the internal subject-matter expert on the platform.
