Activate, configure, and/or replace FWA-related equipment and 5G SIM cards at residential and small commercial locations; deliver on-site technical support, connection adjustments, and minor equipment repairs. Let’s sail toward the future! **\#JoinBrisanet** Responsibilities and Duties * Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Update area performance indicators when required; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary; * Perform other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Conduct customer prospecting for mobile internet (SMP) and broadband services (FWA and FTTH where applicable); * Promote leafleting, prospecting, and brand activation activities; * Conduct door-to-door outreach to present products; * Conduct direct (proactive) sales of mobile (SMP) and FWA broadband services; * Register new customers in the system and submit documentation and contracts; * Monitor and execute chip and FWA activations for in-house sales; * Provide post-sales support to customers; * Promote campaigns and promotions in the field; * Support customer retention initiatives; * Support local relationship-building and customer retention activities; * Activate, configure, and/or replace FWA-related equipment and 5G SIM cards at residential and small commercial locations; * Deliver on-site technical support, connection adjustments, and minor equipment repairs; * Logistically support transportation of materials between cities within the region, if required; * Maintain the vehicle in compliance with Fleet Management processes, ensuring its proper operation; * Safeguard, maintain, use appropriately, and account for company-provided resources; verify the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Driver’s license category AB or B; * Skills in external/door-to-door sales, customer service, and negotiation; * Basic knowledge of networks, telecommunications, or equipment maintenance; * Availability for daily travel. **Preferred qualifications:** * Technical course in Networks or Information Technology; * Experience with door-to-door customer service or field operations; * Knowledge of router configuration, FWA, and mobile networks; * Proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets) or corporate systems/applications; * Training in customer service, sales, or defensive driving; * Familiarity with the geographic layout of the city/region of operation; * Driver’s license category AB.
