Assistance in training and employee development The company is seeking a Human Resources Intern based in Caucaia. **Responsibilities:** Support in Recruitment and Selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and administration of psychological tests under supervision). Support in onboarding processes. Support in organizational climate initiatives and internal marketing activities. Document organization and updating of spreadsheets and internal records. Support in administrative routines of the HR department. Assistance in training and employee development. Previous experience as HR Assistant, People Management Intern, Recruitment and Selection Intern, or Organizational Development Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
