Assistance in employee training and development The company is seeking an HR Intern based in Maracanaú. **Responsibilities:** Support in Recruitment and Selection processes (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and administration of psychological tests under supervision); support in onboarding processes; support in organizational climate initiatives and internal marketing; document organization and updating of spreadsheets and internal controls; support in the HR department’s administrative routines; assistance in employee training and development. Previous roles such as HR Assistant, People Management Intern, Recruitment and Selection Intern, or Organizational Development Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
