KPI monitoring and report preparation Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s marketing strategies to strengthen the brand, support business objectives, and contribute to value generation through communication initiatives, positioning, and engagement with diverse audiences. Plan, propose, and execute institutional, digital, and internal marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s culture, positioning, and strategic objectives. Develop and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring message consistency, visual identity, and appropriateness across various channels and target audiences. Produce, review, and support content creation for internal and external channels (website, social media, institutional materials, announcements, presentations, etc.). Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports with metrics, analyses, and suggestions for continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with HR on internal marketing initiatives, internal communication, organizational culture reinforcement, and support for internal events. Support marketing initiatives targeting customers, partners, and the market, contributing to relationship and brand strengthening. Continuously adjust and improve marketing strategies based on results, distribution channels, and target audience behavior. Ensure alignment among marketing, internal departments, and external partners (agencies, suppliers, etc.), where applicable.
