**Position Title** – LEC II Services Analyst
Work Location: Campinas, SP
Work Model: On-site
Company: CPFL Paulista – A company of the CPFL Energia Group.
**Application Period – 02/04/2026 to 02/10/2026**
**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor’s degree required;
* Availability to work 100% on-site in Campinas.
* Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs required;
* Experience with Power BI required;
* SAP experience desirable;
* Advantage: knowledge of process automation (SQL, Python, VBA, or other data analysis tools);
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Monitor performance indicators for reading, delivery, and billing services, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Analyze post-billing reports, identifying systemic or operational failures and implementing corrections.
* Investigate and resolve complex cases, including complaints from Procons, Ombudsman offices, and regulatory agencies.
* Support contract and supplier management, ensuring service quality.
* Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses to support the area’s strategic decisions.
* Drive operational process improvements, focusing on efficiency and mitigation of regulatory risks.
