Team Collaboration and Problem-Solving Focus **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain **front-end and back-end** applications * Participate in architecture definition and technology selection * Build RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs * Ensure code quality (clean code, testing, code reviews) * Integrate applications with databases and external services * Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities * Collaborate with designers, product owners, and QA engineers * Document technical solutions and system workflows * Provide technical support to the team regarding decisions and best practices **BACK-END REQUIREMENTS** * Solid experience with **Node.js, Java, Python, or PHP** * Building and consuming **REST APIs** * Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.) * Experience with **relational and non-relational databases** * MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. **FRONT-END REQUIREMENTS** * Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)** * Experience with modern frameworks: * **React, Angular, or Vue.js** * API consumption and state management * Strong UX/UI and responsive design practices **GENERAL REQUIREMENTS** * Version control with **Git** * Experience with agile methodologies (**Scrum / Kanban**) * Knowledge of **automated testing** * Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation * Analytical mindset and problem-solving focus * **Fluent English (written and spoken)**; * Startup experience (minimum 1 year); * LinkedIn profile in English; Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$15.000,00 – R$18.000,00 per month Work Location: Remote
