Job Description Conducting technical and technological feasibility analysis of proposed solutions, identifying innovative and more efficient alternatives; developing technical detailing and sizing studies; managing technical risks; supporting the definition of technical specifications and equipment requirements. Verifying consistency and/or interferences among disciplines (Architecture, Automation, Fire Protection, Electrical, Structural, Hydraulic, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Process, Telecommunications, Industrial Utilities, Clean Utilities, and others), aiming to optimize the technical solution and integration across disciplines. Critically reviewing engineering designs developed by third parties and/or suppliers. Technically validating engineering solutions presented by the team. Planning, organizing, and controlling engineering activities to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and technical specifications. Analyzing and supporting BIM (3D) model coordination. Supervising compliance with technical standards (NRs, ABNT, ANVISA, Fire Department, etc.). Supporting the team in analyzing CAPEX, payback, and technical feasibility requirements per project. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Extensive experience in engineering design, with multidisciplinary expertise and BIM proficiency. Advanced proficiency in engineering design tools, especially AutoCAD. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills within multidisciplinary teams; Proactive, organized, results-oriented profile with systemic vision of projects and portfolio; Advanced Excel.
