This position plays a strategic role in sustaining operations, with shifts during intermediate hours and support in covering team members' days off. Your mission will be: To ensure warm, agile, and organized guest service, contributing to the smooth operation of the front desk and maintaining consistency with the hotel’s service standards. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver excellent guest service in person and via digital channels * Conduct check-in and check-out processes efficiently and systematically * Support operations during peak hours (especially check-in) * Perform system entries and verifications (PMS) * Assist in managing reservations, availability, and operational information * Serve as a communication liaison between front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F\&B * Support resolution of guest incidents and requests * Maintain an organized environment and standardized processes * Assist with front desk administrative tasks as required by operational needs Work Schedule: * Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Base shift: 11:00 AM to 4:20 PM * Flexible coverage of team members’ days off; may work other shifts according to a pre-defined schedule Compensation: * Salary negotiable Requirements: * Experience in public-facing roles (hospitality experience preferred) * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Daily organization and agility * Proficiency with systems and technology * Availability for on-site work in Monte Verde We seek candidates with: * Flexibility and adaptability regarding working hours * Sense of responsibility and commitment to operations * Warm, guest-oriented demeanor * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong teamwork capability Advantages: * Prior experience as a hotel receptionist * Familiarity with PMS systems * Experience in high-standard or hospitality environments Employment Type: Part-time, CLT (Brazilian permanent employment contract) Pay: R$3\.014,54 \- R$3\.014,55 per month Expected Weekly Hours: 44\.0 hours per week Work Location: On-site
