Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing the entire procurement cycle—from quotation and negotiation to delivery tracking—aiming for optimization and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. An environment that values proactivity, analytical thinking, and teamwork. \* Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with suppliers. \* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers. \* Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to completion. \* Monitor procurement KPIs (lead time, cost, quality, etc.). \* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. \* Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality criteria. \* Research new suppliers, materials, and technologies. \* Support inventory planning and forecast purchasing needs. \* Participate in supplier qualification processes. Technical Requirements \* Education: Administration, Logistics, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. \* Prior procurement experience (direct, indirect, or both). \* Knowledge of negotiation processes and contract analysis. \* Proficiency in Excel. \* Preferred: Basic understanding of cost and tax analysis (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS).
