Job Summary: Professional responsible for order tracking, customer service, inventory monitoring, supporting promotional campaigns, and product updates on e-commerce platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Centralized focus on order tracking and customer service. 2. Active support in e-commerce inventory and logistics management. 3. Essential assistance in product and promotional campaign updates. **Order tracking and responses on platforms and portals** (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon, company website, and internal system). **Customer service via chat, messages, and e\-mail**, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. **Inventory monitoring** (including Full) and communication with internal teams to prevent stockouts. **Order printing and picking**, coordinating logistics with the responsible team. **Notifying customers of delays, tracking processes until delivery, and handling post\-sales activities.** **Organizing and updating internal records** related to orders, deadlines, deliveries, and billing. **Assisting in product listing and updates** on marketplaces and the company website, ensuring correct images, descriptions, and pricing. **Monitoring sales performance and basic metrics** (e.g., complaints, returns, response SLA). **Supporting promotional campaigns and price adjustments**, as directed by management. **Tracking invoice issuance and carrier integrations**, when required. **Verifying billed and delivered orders**, flagging inconsistencies. **Assisting in partner and marketplace relationship management**, resolving pending issues and open tickets. **Location:** Pouso Alegre/MG **Work Format:** 100% on-site — Monday to Friday, business hours **Compensation:** R$ 2\.000,00 ### **Requirements** * Prior experience with e\-commerce and marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon). * Familiarity with internal management/ERP systems and online sales platforms. * Completed high school education. ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Birthday bonus Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
