Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** Advise the manufacturing facility on occupational safety matters using technical expertise, ensuring employees receive necessary support; Manage and participate in implementing occupational safety standards and regulations through systematic updates, maintaining compliance with legal requirements; Analyze construction and equipment projects using engineering systems and resources with an occupational safety focus; Implement and manage fire protection systems by developing procedures and plans to prevent catastrophes; Identify and delineate hazardous, unhealthy, and other designated areas using current legislation, issuing technical opinions, reports, and control measures; Analyze accidents by investigating root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence; Provide input and participate in specifying substances and equipment whose handling, storage, transportation, or operation may pose risks, monitoring receipt and dispatch to establish appropriate occupational safety controls; Ensure dissemination and training, as well as safety awareness campaigns, using audiovisual resources and lectures for all company levels to strengthen safety culture; Promote coordination with the Clinic and HR departments through effective communication to develop accident prevention and occupational health programs; Participate in the technical team drafting legally required documents for this area, utilizing available resources to maintain up-to-date sector documentation; Support the emergency response team by verifying necessary requirements to ensure proper team formation, sizing, and performance; Interact with public agencies directly related to Safety (e.g., Fire Department, Ministry of Labor), monitoring applicable legislation to ensure compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical Course in Occupational Safety. * Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental legislation; * Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the selection process, based on departmental needs. * Location: Pouso Alegre - MG * Schedule: Availability to work on a 2x2x3 shift pattern * Work Modality: 100% On-site We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** running through our veins, committed to ensuring quality healthcare access nationwide—because, for us, medicine has no social class.
