




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for compounding and verifying prescriptions, ensuring process organization and quality in compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prescription compounding and verification 2. Inventory control and workplace organization 3. Implementation of quality procedures and standards - Verify prescriptions against the compounding order and organize prescriptions according to scheduled dispatch times. - Verify information recorded by the weighing laboratory. - Ensure that materials, equipment, products, and compounding orders are appropriate before initiating the process. - Submit completed formulas to the final verification department. - Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging. - Perform compounding strictly in accordance with standard techniques described in procedures, technical manuals, and/or RDC 344. - Record all process steps on the compounding order and PCP, and complete quality records and ASO forms. - Maintain a clean and organized workplace. - Participate in company-provided training programs and apply them to daily tasks. - Comply with procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook. - Understand and promote the Quality Policy, Company Mission, area-specific procedures, and the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
