Contribute to the advancement of the food industry We are a metallurgical manufacturing company based in Pouso Alegre, with over 34 years of market presence and currently undergoing expansion, operating branches in São Paulo, Recife, Chile, the USA, Germany, and 10 dealerships across Brazil. If you seek a technology- and innovation-driven environment where continuous development is embedded in daily routine, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Implement improvements related to materials planning and control, developing and refining processes and routines to eliminate material flow disruptions and reduce unnecessary or excess inventory; * Periodically update safety stock parameters to meet forecasted demand for upcoming periods, adjusting inventory levels to maximize turnover within defined targets; * Prepare analytical reports comparing departmental performance against planned objectives, analyzing stockouts, and proposing improvement actions to achieve established goals; * Support other departmental activities whenever necessary, proposing improvements and guiding colleagues on materials planning and control processes; * Analyze and develop, jointly with other department staff, purchase lot sizes and reorder points to ensure proper supply of materials; * Maintain frequent contact with other company departments to fully understand the material supply process, ensuring effectiveness of materials planning initiatives and continuous improvement; * Know, comply with, and enforce the company’s values and Code of Ethics; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness to foster a productive working environment; * Perform other related tasks as directed and instructed by the immediate supervisor; * Adhere to established standards for maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable** * Postgraduate degree in Materials Management, Logistics, or related fields. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Assistance for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Practical University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the day-to-day operations of the food industry.
