In Brazil, we are 47,000 talents building a purpose-driven future. We are seeking a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area processes. The role will be responsible for and ensure production, quality, safety, organization, and service excellence within the Food segment. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within the unit’s scope to optimize unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating and implementing innovative initiatives to improve unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for annual budget planning and development for the unit and ensure it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task direction. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health-and-safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate within a large-scale corporate segment facility, with an average daily volume of 1\.500 meals. Key Requirements: * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Personal vehicle (desirable). (example to be indicated as desirable if required) Work Schedule: 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM. (on-site weekend coverage availability required) 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:48 PM.
