Responsible for ensuring product and logistics process quality and compliance, from receipt through to shipment. Conducts quality audits, product inspections, process controls, nonconformance and KPI management, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (sanitary, statutory, and environmental), internal standards, and quality requirements. Performs internal audits, regulatory support, supplier monitoring, and continuous process improvement, guaranteeing product traceability and market release. *Key Responsibilities* Conduct quality audits and process controls (receipt, storage, rework, shipment, and transportation). Inspect and test products, issue technical reports, and analyze returns and complaints. Monitor nonconformances, KPIs, and supplier performance. Maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and applicable ANVISA RDCs. Deliver quality training and support Logistics, Regulatory, EHS, and PEAK departments.
