




Job Summary: Responsible for providing on-site customer service and technical support, guiding users in microcomputing, resolving computer issues, and reconfiguring software. Key Highlights: 1. In-person support and microcomputing guidance for clients. 2. Troubleshooting computers and reconfiguring software. 3. Configuring printers, servers, and client-specific systems. On-site customer service and technical support. Responsible for guiding company users or customers on microcomputing, identifying computer issues, determining hardware components requiring replacement, and reconfiguring or reinstalling software. Must possess knowledge of customer service software, including incident ticket handling and providing guidance via email and telephone when necessary. Clarifying user queries, infrastructure setup, configuration, and updates for: Microsoft products, antivirus software, network connectivity, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, internet services, Office 365, printer configuration, servers, and client-specific systems.
