Extensive experience in geotechnical projects and proficiency in reading drawings Job Description Monitor, measure, and record the performance and track results of earthwork teams, backfilling, internal floor preparation, stormwater galleries, duct banks, curbs, paving, grass planting, reforestation, light poles, and other decorative elements, seeking laboratory support whenever necessary to verify quality. Verify consistency and/or interferences among designs to optimize technical solutions and integration across disciplines. Supervise earthwork execution. Ensure services comply with technical and contractual standards. Support technical acceptance of completed works. Manage construction contracts for earthwork projects. Ensure adherence to specifications and schedules. Monitor daily physical progress of field execution, resolving deviations in real time. Review and validate Daily Work Reports (DWRs) issued by contractors. Qualifications * Technical-level education; * Extensive experience in geotechnical projects; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical plans; * Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software; * Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures; * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; * Communication skills; * Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment; * Experience with 3D project software and drone operation (preferred); Company Description AFRY is a leading European engineering, design, and consulting services company with global reach.
