We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the game is played fairly and growth occurs based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform weld resistance testing at the start of each shift to ensure perfect machine operation and parameter calibration; * Prepare parts prior to spot welding by removing protective film and applying rivets; * Verify whether parts to be welded have any damage, such as scratches, dents, or dimensions outside specifications; * Perform spot welding between parts, adjusting equipment according to material types and thicknesses, meeting project and quality specifications; * Verify the number of weld points and spacing between them per project/process drawings; * Conduct task verification by completing checklists to ensure process conformity for the next stage; * Move production carts within the process; * Route non-conforming parts by completing identification labels and placing them in the quality department’s non-conforming parts area; * Report issues occurring on the welding line to the responsible manager—including missing parts, quality problems, maintenance issues, etc.; * Record opening and closing of production orders at the workstation, as well as log absences and disruptions in the production process; * Maintain welding machines and equipment in excellent condition, taking care of all equipment and accessories used in the area; * Know, comply with, and enforce correct use of supply and production kanbans in production areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * **Desirable**: knowledge of metrology and technical drawing. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Assistance for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
