





Description: * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related fields; * Experience in research and solution development in telecommunications; * Proficiency in: * Telecommunications Systems, * Digital Communications, * Mobile Communications; * Familiarity with: * Optical Communications, * 5G. It would be advantageous if you: * Are pursuing a Ph.D. in Telecommunications or related fields. * Technically lead the research activities within the project; * Represent Inatel at events, conferences, or trade fairs, and present projects to partners and authorities; * Conduct power demand assessments for OWC systems; * Conceptualize, design, and develop simultaneous power and data transmission solutions using specialty fibers for OWC systems; * Conduct research on PoF technology; * Specify and provide technical support for purchasing PoF components to be used in experiments; * Implement Radio-over-Fiber (RoF) and PoF techniques to remotely power radio antenna units (RAUs) and other devices in 5G and 6G networks; * Investigate the impact of optical power transmission on data signal integrity in optical and optical-wireless links; * Develop and test hybrid FiWi (Fiber-Wireless) network architectures, integrating PoF with OWC technologies such as FSO, VLC, and mm-waves; * Perform experimental measurements and numerical simulations of PoF energy efficiency and stability under various operational scenarios; * Participate in collaborative research projects with universities and innovation centers; * Publish scientific papers and contribute to patents in the field of photonics applied to next-generation mobile networks. 2511280202191751474
