Responsibilities and Duties
* Operate industrial packaging process machinery.
* Perform setup, technical adjustments, and calibrations.
* Monitor operational parameters.
* Ensure achievement of production targets.
* Record production data.
* Comply with safety and environmental regulations.
* Follow internal quality procedures.
* Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance under supervision.
* Perform medium-complexity corrective maintenance under supervision.
* Support predictive maintenance activities.
* Interpret mechanical diagrams under supervision.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed or currently pursuing a Technical Course in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
Desirable Requirements
Advantageous:
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Basic understanding of quality, safety, and organization.
