Job Summary: The candidate will develop innovative solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and prompt engineering, engaging in research, prototyping, and implementation of internal AI-powered products to accelerate and transform development workflows. Develop innovative solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and prompt engineering. The candidate will join a technical team responsible for researching, prototyping, and implementing internal AI-powered products to accelerate and transform development, documentation, and process automation workflows.* ️ Responsibilities * Design and develop intelligent pipelines using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) * Create and optimize advanced, structured prompts for various scenarios * Build chains and autonomous agents using LangChain or similar frameworks * Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and integrate with vector databases * Evaluate performance, cost, and accuracy of different language models * Collaborate with internal engineering teams to integrate solutions into existing systems * Create technical documentation, tests, and best practices for GenAI usage Required Skills * LLM (Large Language Models) – deep understanding and practical application * LangChain – pipeline, agent, and memory chain development * Prompt Engineering – prompt structuring, few-shot learning, prompt optimization * Chains – composition of complex decision flows and prompt orchestration Desired Knowledge * Python or TypeScript for integration with AI APIs * Experience with OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini, Hugging Face * Familiarity with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel * Vector storage (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate) * Best practices in version control (Git) and CI/CD * Understanding of RAG, function calling, and multi-agent orchestration Differentiators * Experience with LangFuse, Promptfoo, or OpenDevin * Open-source contributions to GenAI projects * Experience in product engineering or internal AI platforms *
