This professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and backend applications, ensuring stable, high-performance solutions aligned with business needs. In addition to technical development, a systemic perspective is expected to support integrations among applications, reusable components (DLLs), APIs, and corporate solutions. **Qualifications** * Solid experience with C# and .NET Core. * Experience with Windows Forms. * Knowledge of DLL development and usage. * Experience with WebView. * Knowledge of RESTful APIs. * Experience with Git and CI/CD practices. * Technical leadership and mentoring capability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). * Understanding of call center metrics. * Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for use in WebView. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain C# / .NET applications. * Create and maintain reusable DLLs. * Integrate WebView into desktop applications. * Drive the evolution of Windows Forms systems. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Identify technical and business improvements.
