Ensuring the execution of checklists for all in-house vehicles **Join the future at MegaG Alimentos!** -------------------------------------------- **MegaG Alimentos**, a food service distributor, is looking for a **Transport Analyst** ### **Transport Analyst** We are seeking a professional with an analytical and dynamic profile, capable of managing critical daily routines within deadlines. ### **Main Responsibilities** Fleet Availability Management (Contracted and Subcontracted Carriers) * Confirm daily, by 12 PM, driver availability for loading the following day; * Consolidate information and forward it to the routing team within the required timeframe; * Collaborate with the routing team to prevent: * Vehicle idleness, unnecessary freight splitting; * Incorrect use of fleet type; * Identify routes with potential for improved routing; * Proactively address cases where availability falls below planned requirements, engaging contacts and alternatives until capacity is balanced; * Escalate to the VGP branch only as a last resort, ensuring as a fundamental principle that no cargo remains idle. Transporter Performance * Monitor the performance of contracted and subcontracted carriers; * Prepare and send weekly reports highlighting underperforming carriers; * SLA for scheduling adherence (% of loaded cargo vs. planned); * SLA for vehicle availability within scheduled time slots (scheduled time vs. vehicle arrival time); * Punctuality of owned, contracted, and subcontracted fleets; * Define and monitor action plans, ensuring performance improvement and/or replacement when necessary. Owned Fleet Management * Ensure the execution of checklists for all in-house vehicles; * Handle breakdown cases, being responsible for: * Budget assessment and follow-up; * Internal approval follow-up; * Deadline tracking with repair shops; * Ensuring the shortest possible downtime. ### **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree (Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields); * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; * Analytical ability (data and metrics); * Advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs); * Experience in transportation operational areas. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical thinking and strategic vision; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Negotiation skills; * Strong communication and synthesis abilities; * Ability to multitask. ### **Work Location:** Pouso Alegre – MG **Our Commitment to Inclusion** This position is open to all!
