Technical Supervisor - Cost Management

Description

Job Description Support and guide the team in cost management, variance analysis, and identification of opportunities within execution contracts. Manage the full lifecycle of the Direct Billing process for construction projects, covering service and supply contracts. Prepare CAPEX analyses, acquisition costs, and equipment assembly cost breakdowns. Assess financial impacts of claims and additional services within the Change Management process. Support market cost benchmarking and commercial proposal analysis for price validation. Support the Contract Administration Engineer in analyzing claims for extra services. Develop budget spreadsheets. Prepare and report monthly project close-outs to senior leadership, including clear KPIs and mapped variances. Support the client in the project's financial and accounting processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; Postgraduate degree in Finance or Project Management; Proficiency in Excel; Proficiency in SAP; Proficiency in Power BI and reporting tools (preferred); Company Description AFRY is a leading European engineering, design, and consulting services company with global reach.
