Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for transforming data into visual insights, ensuring clarity, relevance, and storytelling in analytical solutions, while engaging in prototyping and dashboard creation. Apply best practices in UX and information design The professional will be responsible for transforming data into visual insights, ensuring clarity, relevance, and storytelling in analytical solutions. They will handle demand intake, requirement understanding, prototyping, and dashboard creation in Power BI and Qlik. Responsibilities Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Qlik Build semantic models and reusable, scalable datasets Define KPIs and business metrics in collaboration with stakeholders Apply best practices in UX and information design Ensure report consistency and performance Document data sources, calculations, and indicator logic Requirements: Technical Requirements Solid experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling) Strong knowledge of Qlik Sense / Qlik Cloud Experience with SQL for queries in Databricks Understanding of data governance and data quality Familiarity with UX and dashboard design Soft Skills Analytical mindset and aesthetic sensibility Strong communication skills with business areas Ability to translate data into visual narratives Preferred Qualifications Experience with Figma or prototyping tools Knowledge of Data Storytelling and Information Design Automation tools such as Power Apps / Automate * Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite per week, 2 days remote * Location: Morumbi — South Zone — near the metro
