Join us to grow and positively impact the world! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead GhFly’s rebranding implementation, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative assets and derivatives; * Create visual campaign lines and layouts based on internal briefings and partner-area briefings; * Interpret and deepen briefings, requesting additional information when necessary; * Develop and adapt campaigns for various channels and formats: social media, landing pages, e-books, emails, presentations, and other digital materials; * Master digital creation best practices—such as Mobile First, animated creatives, and performance assets—staying consistently updated on market trends; * Support the development of strategic presentations for executive leadership and the commercial team, translating complex concepts into clear, impactful visual language; * Explore and apply generative AI tools (images, layouts, creative automation) to increase delivery speed, scale, and innovation; * Manage your own workload, ensuring organization, planning, and deadline adherence; * Serve as a creative reference within the Marketing team, sharing knowledge and best practices; * Participate in meetings with partner areas and vendors to align creative expectations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and equivalent design tools; * Consistent experience in digital advertising design (social media, performance media, inbound); * Experience creating landing pages, presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and complex assets; * Proven experience in social media, performance, and inbound marketing; * Experience with creative AI tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, Figma AI, etc.) will be considered a strategic advantage; * Motion Design experience will be considered an advantage; * UX/UI experience will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Being a \#GhFlyer comes with many advantages!** We value your well-being and development.
