This position is ideal for professionals with solid React experience, architectural vision, ability to technically lead projects, and interest in building robust solutions within dynamic, product-oriented technology environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve front\-end applications using React * Build performant, scalable, and well-structured user interfaces * Integrate with APIs and back\-end services * Participate in defining architecture and development best practices * Serve as a technical reference for the development team * Collaborate in agile ceremonies and team delivery planning * Contribute to application monitoring, stability, and observability * Propose technical improvements, performance optimizations, and platform enhancements. **Requirements:** * Proven React experience in complex projects * Solid knowledge of API integration * Experience in technical leadership or mentoring within agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) * Proficiency in English for stakeholder communication * Experience with Docker and AWS environments * Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics, traces, and monitoring tools). **Nice-to-have:** * Knowledge of Ruby on Rails for back\-end * Experience in the fintech industry * Experience with complex API integrations in highly scalable environments * Consulting mindset and ability to propose strategic technical solutions. **Work Location:** Remote model.
