Sao Paulo, Brazil \| Full time \| Field\-based \| R1544516 **Responsibilities:*** Promote the laboratory’s medical products to a selected group of healthcare professionals, aiming to convey technical\-scientific knowledge focused on the product’s differentiators and benefits, in order to optimize prescribing practices. * Conduct remote visits and panel coverage via multichannel methods (telephone, email, and WhatsApp), following marketing and sales strategies. * Enhance product visibility and appeal by leveraging merchandising materials (email marketing/videos/clinical cases/discount coupons) provided monthly/cyclically by the laboratory, and apply commercial sales techniques aimed at increasing product sales. **Mandatory Requirements:*** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (a degree in Pharmacy is preferred) * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work with weekly targets and performance accountability * Good daily activity organization and planning **Desired Competencies:*** Prior experience in telephone customer service is desirable * Aptitude for technical commercial outreach **Hybrid Model:** 3 days per week in the southern zone of São Paulo.*IQVIA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
