Our team is driven by technical excellence, innovation, and commitment to quality. **WORK LOCATION** * São Paulo \- Capital. **POSITION SUMMARY** We are seeking a Telecommunications Technician – Indoor FTTx Auditor to perform audits of fiber-optic network (FTTx) deployment, maintenance, and activation projects. The professional will be responsible for auditing field execution activities including installations, splices, testing, and activations, ensuring compliance with Dextra’s technical and quality standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct on-site technical inspections at residential condominiums and commercial buildings to verify indoor FTTx installations (cables, CFOI/CFOAC, DIO, CTOs, activations). * Verify conformity between the approved PPI and field execution (cable type, cable laying method, bending radius, labeling, equipment placement in common areas). * Document inspections using geotagged photos and checklists via the SafetyCulture app. * Interpret PPI project documents, network diagrams, and cable/equipment datasheets. * Support the engineering team in PPI analysis and issuance of technical opinions. * Identify non-conformities and monitor corrective actions with executing contractors. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Completed technical course in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields. * Active registration with CFT/CRT. * Minimum 2 years of experience in FTTx, including installation, maintenance, supervision, or auditing of optical networks. * Knowledge of best practices for FTTx installation. * Professional experience with telecommunications operators or their subcontractors. * Ability to read PPI project documents. * Availability for daily travel across São Paulo city using public transportation (on-site inspections at various addresses). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRABLE)** * Certification in optical networking (e.g., Furukawa, Fiberhome, or equivalent). * Experience with GPON/XGPON networks. * Experience with service order management systems. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling and LAN networks. * Experience with SafetyCulture, iAuditor, or other digital checklist tools. * Familiarity with ABNT NBR 14565, NBR 16264, or operator-specific standards (e.g., Vivo, Claro, Mundivox, etc.). * Experience overseeing light civil works (infrastructure passage, shafts, conduits). **EXPECTED BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Attention to detail. * Technical and impartial stance when identifying field non-conformities. * Ability to produce clear documentation (photographic records, objective descriptions, actionable conclusions). * Autonomy and organizational skills. * Written communication skills for reporting and interaction with engineering teams. **WORK SCHEDULE AND REMUNERATION** * Work schedule up to 44 hours per week. * Possibility of working on Saturdays. * Salary range: R$ 2\.500,00 to R$ 3\.500,00\. **BENEFITS** * Transportation allowance (full coverage for operational travel). * Meal voucher / Food allowance. * Health insurance plan. * Training and certification support. * Career development plan.
