You will operate at the intersection of elegant code and computational intelligence, transforming the "state of the art" into the "state of production." Forget purely experimental work. Our focus is **high-impact delivery**: * **Build from Scratch:** Create platforms and products born with AI at the core. * **Orchestrate the Future:** Implement autonomous agent architectures and advanced RAG systems that solve real problems in milliseconds. * **Scale Intelligence:** Ensure our solutions are resilient, secure, and capable of processing massive data volumes efficiently and at low cost. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek a **Software Engineering Specialist** to serve as the ultimate technical reference within our AI Engineering Platform structure. You will be responsible for ensuring the "core" of our AI and Agent solutions is world-class, tackling complex challenges around scalability, low latency, and large-scale language model integration. ### **Responsibilities** * **Design and maintain highly available architectures** for APIs and services supporting Vivo’s AI ecosystem. * **Lead the definition of coding and design standards** (Design Patterns, Clean Architecture), serving as a reference for Senior and Mid-level developers. * **Optimize cloud service performance and costs**, ensuring efficiency in processing large data volumes and large language model (LLM) calls. * **Practical technical mentoring:** Conduct critical code reviews and *pairing* sessions to elevate the team’s technical level. * **Develop critical components and internal SDKs**, consumed by multiple AI squads. * **Ensure system resilience** through advanced observability strategies, failure handling, and infrastructure automation. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements (Technical Depth)** * **Extensive experience** in backend development using **Node.js and Nest.js**. * **Deep expertise in microservices architecture**, messaging patterns, and asynchronous communication (Event-driven, WebSockets, gRPC). * **Expertise in Kubernetes (AKS)**: resource configuration, horizontal/vertical scaling, and large-scale container management. * **Advanced knowledge of Cloud Native (Azure)**: Event Hub, Cosmos DB, Redis, and caching strategies. * **Solid experience in Security**: implementation of complex authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, OIDC) and data protection. * **Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)** and infrastructure automation for mission-critical production environments. * **Strong database fundamentals**: query optimization, NoSQL modeling, and consistency management. ### **Specialty Differentiators** * Deep professional experience with **LangChain, LangGraph**, and orchestration of Autonomous Agents. * Technical knowledge of **Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** to optimize LLM responses. * Familiarity with **APM and Observability tools** (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana) for root-cause analysis in distributed systems. ### **Expected Profile** * **Hands-on and Mentor:** You love coding but also derive satisfaction from teaching and raising the team’s technical bar. * **Excellence-Focused:** You’re dissatisfied with solutions that merely “work”; you relentlessly pursue optimal architecture and performance. * **Problem Solver:** Analytical ability to diagnose complex technical bottlenecks in production. * **Technical Communication:** Ability to clearly explain complex architectural decisions to the engineering team. **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
