Job Summary: We are seeking a Governance Analyst to enhance the organization's integrated management system by developing policies, mapping risks, and managing action plans. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Governance Analyst to support our team in São Paulo in continuously improving the organization's integrated management system. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develops and updates internal policies, processes, and guidelines aligned with a management system. * Maps internal and external risks, proposing controls to mitigate threats. * Conducts periodic analysis of activities and processes to verify compliance with policies and security standards. * Provides administrative support for meetings, including drafting minutes and organizing agendas. * Manages Action Plans with departments to resolve audit findings and minimize business risks. * Performs other related duties as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Education** \- Bachelor's degree completed in IT or related fields; **Desired Requirements** \- Knowledge of IT Governance (ITIL and/or COBIT); Knowledge of Data Privacy (LGPD, ISO/IEC 27701); Knowledge of Security, Risk, and Compliance (ISO/IEC 27001/02, ISO 31000, etc.); Knowledge of IT Service Management and Process Mapping (ISO/IEC 20000); Legal or administrative/procedural knowledge; Familiarity with NetSecurity portfolio products and vendors; MS Project, Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint, Power BI, etc.); **Personal Competencies** \- Team spirit; ability to mobilize; initiative; self-development; leadership; responsibility; knowledge; adaptability; objectivity; balance **Desired Languages** \- Intermediate English **Additional Information** Meal/Voucher Allowance (Flash Card); Transportation Allowance or parking reimbursement; Language Support (English); Bradesco Health and Dental Insurance (Co-payment); Group Life Insurance; Gympass; SESC Partnership; Discounts at partner educational institutions; At NetSecurity, cybersecurity goes far beyond technology.
