**Controller Specialist** We are seeking a Controller Specialist to strengthen our finance team and directly contribute to the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of our operations. We are looking for an analytical, organized individual with strong capabilities in transforming data into strategic insights. **Responsibilities** * Lead annual Financial Planning and periodic reviews (budget and forecast), ensuring alignment with company strategy. * Manage and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L), monitoring key indicators, financial performance, and significant variances. * Directly handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Billing processes, ensuring organization, compliance, and efficiency. * Support and oversee accounting activities, ensuring consistency among records, financial statements, and management information. * Conduct financial analyses, prepare executive reports, and provide insights to support decision-making. * Contribute to monthly closing and ensure accuracy of consolidated data. * Support internal departments in cost and expense management, ensuring adherence to the budget. **Education and Experience** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Proven experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Experience with P&L, AR/AP, Billing, budgeting, forecasting, and closing. Experience in MA. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and modeling. Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Python, and Database skills.
