Conduct tests, analyze results, and suggest improvements **JOB: Mid-Level Research and Development Technician (R\&D)** Location: (insert city) Company: Kanaflex ### **About the Job** We are looking for a **Mid-Level Research and Development Technician** to directly engage in product development and improvement—participating from the research phase through final testing and validation. If you enjoy innovation, hands-on testing, and continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform development and improvement tests on products, processes, and raw materials * Compile and analyze laboratory test results * Suggest improvements to products, processes, and materials * Monitor development progress in collaboration with suppliers * Conduct benchmarking against competing products * Prepare technical drawings and mechanical designs (molds, parts, and devices) * Support production departments as needed * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards ### **Requirements** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields * Experience in product development * Knowledge of polymer extrusion (a significant advantage) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) * Intermediate English proficiency ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of AutoCAD * Training in Metrology, Plastic Processes, or related areas ### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or free parking * Medical and dental assistance * Life insurance * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance * Annual Profit Sharing Program (PRL) * Pharmacy discount program Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
