Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** **Job Description** The **ACCIONA**, within its Facility Services division, is recruiting an **HR Analyst (Plenary Level)** for **São Paulo, Brazil.** MISSION Execute HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and proper handling of requests and records. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Execute defined administrative procedures, managing tasks such as hiring, termination, contract modifications, and other administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with labor and organizational regulations. 2\. Manage and supervise payroll administration processes, ensuring accurate application of current labor and tax regulations, as well as timeliness and accuracy of personnel compensation. 3\. Manage requests using ticketing tools (ServiceNow), recording, assigning, and resolving them. 4\. Monitor deadlines and quality in the execution of administrative procedures, verifying compliance and collaborating in identifying operational improvements. 5\. Coordinate and monitor team performance, promoting a collaborative environment, effective communication, and alignment with operational and organizational objectives. 6\. Collect, organize, and prepare evidence for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations. 7\. Support operational data management related to KPIs and SLAs, compiling information and providing basic analysis to facilitate decision-making by the supervisory team. 8\. Maintain up-to-date employee records in internal systems, ensuring proper handling of personal and contractual data, and complying with data protection regulations. 9\. Ensure confidentiality and security of managed information, complying with requirements established by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 10\. Actively participate in continuous administrative process improvement, proposing adjustments to optimize efficiency and service quality. **Candidate Requirements** EDUCATION * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources or Business Administration and Management (ADE) * Professional qualification (Intermediate or Advanced) in Administrative Management (Intermediate) or Administration and Finance (Advanced) * Specialized course in payroll management SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE Tools * Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document management, data analysis, presentations, and internal communication. * HCM tools (Workday or others) * Ticketing tools (ServiceNow) Others * Understanding of applicable labor and social security regulations, including contracts, payroll, dismissals, collective agreements, and employee rights, ensuring compliance with regulations in each jurisdiction where the company operates. * Familiarity with key talent management processes, personnel administration, benefits, and absence and leave management, ensuring appropriate operations in coordination with other HR areas. * Understanding of organizational structure, labor dynamics, and sector-specific regulations in the energy sector or related industries, facilitating adaptation of administrative processes and compliance with sector-specific requirements.
