Every time you look up at the sky to dream, we’ll be there. \#TheSkyIsBlue Have you ever thought about continuing to soar in your career with the Best Airline in the World? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** **** The Crew Member will join our **Maintenance** team at our **AZV** head office, located in **Barueri/SP** * Plan and oversee heavy check maintenance activities at hangars and/or contracted workshops; * Develop and review short-, medium-, and long-term scheduling; * Ensure all regulatory requirements, service bulletins, and manufacturer directives are incorporated into work packages; * Lead a team of maintenance planners, ensuring technical development and operational maturity; * Promote clear communication, continuous feedback, and a high-performance culture; * Facilitate daily alignment meetings (Dailies), heavy check alignment meetings, and continuous improvement rituals; * Serve as the primary point of contact between Hangar, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Network Planning; * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental metrics (control and verification items); * Ensure data accuracy and integrity in maintenance and planning management systems — TRAX, Aerostrat, and control and management tools; * Analyze planning deviations, propose corrective actions, and implement improvements; * Document and standardize heavy check planning processes; * Continuously seek more efficient ways to operate and achieve better results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Must Bring in Your Suitcase (Prerequisites):** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus; * Inspirational leadership and ability to develop talent; * Ability to perform under pressure and ensure team stability; * Clear and assertive communication skills; * Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, preferably in heavy checks; * Experience coordinating/leading teams; * Knowledge of aviation regulations (ANAC, FAA, EASA). **Interested in our challenge?
