Responsibilities and Duties * Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as document organization and public service. * Collaborate on material and supply control, placing orders and monitoring inventory. * Participate in training sessions and departmental activities aimed at learning and professional development. * Support the execution of specific tasks as directed by supervisors, contributing to smooth operational workflow. * Perform support tasks for projects or events, as required by the team. * Maintain efficient communication with colleagues and leaders to ensure information flow. * Comply with company policies and procedures, respecting working hours and responsibilities. Requirements and Qualifications * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Interest in learning and professional development; * Teamwork and proactivity; * Availability for working hours compliant with applicable legislation.
