Join us and become part of a team that consistently leads with cutting-edge technology and constant innovation. **Your Daily Menu** ----------------------- * Vision and roadmap for AI-driven transformation projects focused on automation and decision-making frameworks * Coordinator of multidisciplinary deliveries, aligning business, data, engineering, and product teams * Translate business problems into technical requirements and prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact focus * Design and validate decision pipelines connecting data, models, and execution mechanisms * Implement and operationalize agents and automations that accelerate operational decision-making * Establish success metrics, track results, and iteratively refine solutions * Ensure quality, observability, and governance of automated decision workflows * Promote agile rituals and facilitate cross-team collaboration to accelerate experiments and learning **Ingredients We’re Looking For** ----------------------------- * Willingness to work from the Osasco office * Ability to lead complex technological transformation projects and strategically aligned priorities * Skill in working with complex datasets and translating insights into concrete actions * Knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts applied to decision operations and agent-based automation * Experience defining hypotheses, conducting experiments, and evaluating the impact of data-driven solutions * Clear communication across multiple seniority levels and ability to align stakeholders * Owner mindset focused on results, 80/20 prioritization, and a culture of failing fast and learning quickly * Competence in developing people, delivering feedback, and establishing high-performance team rituals **To Enhance the Flavor** ------------------------ * Familiarity with autonomous agent architectures and decision workflow orchestration * Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and pipeline automation * Experience with analytical languages and tools such as SQL and Python * Familiarity with workflow orchestration platforms like Airflow or Prefect * Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or equivalent) and observability tools * Proven track record of running experiments in operational environments and scaling solutions to production **About Us** ------------- At iFood, we harness the power of diversity to drive \#Innovation and achieve \#OutstandingResults.
