Transform. **Dengo is this: a cause with genuine flavor.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Map, review, and optimize operational and administrative processes. * Conduct efficiency analyses to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities. * Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, or Six Sigma. * Develop and monitor action plans, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and defined quality standards. * Design, monitor, and report performance and efficiency indicators (KPIs). * Create dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making. * Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement. * Partner with internal departments by contributing analyses, diagnostics, and strategic solutions. * Document processes, standards, workflows, and procedures clearly and systematically. * Monitor implementation of improvements to ensure sustainability of results. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Processes, Production, or related fields. **Experience:** * Prior experience in continuous improvement, process mapping, data analysis, or project management. * Hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, or Six Sigma tools. **Knowledge:** * Advanced Office suite (especially Excel). * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) *is a plus.* * Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Bizagi, Miro, Lucidchart). * Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt) will be considered a plus. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Annual bonus (tied to goal achievement) * Meal voucher (we use Caju!) * Transportation voucher (we use Caju!) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Wedding allowance (in addition to time off, you’ll receive a gift from Dengo) * GymPass (for physical/mental health) * Childcare assistance * Birthday day off (take the whole day for yourself) * 180-day maternity leave * 30-day paternity leave **Dengo** An untranslatable word that crossed the Atlantic Ocean, traveling from Africa to Brazilian soil.
