Job Summary: Loft's Engineering team is looking for Mid-level, Senior, and Staff professionals to design, build, and evolve resilient and scalable digital products, with a focus on frontend, system design, and cloud architectures. Agile culture and data-driven decisions in scalable and secure solutions. **How the Engineering Team Builds Loft:** The mission of the **Engineering** team is to design, build, and evolve resilient and scalable digital products that support Loft's growth and enhance the day-to-day operations of our partner real estate agencies across Brazil. We seek **Mid-level, Senior, and Staff** professionals with experience in web development, focused on frontend and specialized in system design, code design patterns, Microfrontends, and SEO. Proficiency in rendering strategies, API design, observability, automated testing, databases, and cloud architectures is essential.
