




Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and operating electronic security systems, ensuring proper functionality and resolution of incidents. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of CCTV systems and access control. * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and operating the electronic security systems of the Operations Center. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \- What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Update incidents, pending items, and new information with the previous shift's CCTV operator; Guide customers via intercom regarding resolution of issues arising during entry or exit from the parking lot, whenever activated; Manage key control; Screen service authorizations; Review and sign all authorizations issued by other departments, removing letters related to services already completed or with expired dates, informing the immediate supervisor for appropriate action, and transcribing completed services onto individual store records; Initiate surveillance procedures across the entire coverage area of the CCTV system; Report shift incidents to the Supervisor so they may be included in the daily incident report; Communicate directly with in-house and outsourced security personnel regarding follow-up on incidents or suspicious situations detected; Support the security team in monitoring and identifying suspicious elements or situations; Support store and facility opening/closing activities, identifying potential suspicious situations; Monitor the contracted team, verifying area coverage; Notify Supervisors and record in the incident logbook equipment malfunctions within the security system, such as offline or faulty cameras, non-functional alarms, etc.; Verify recording, playback, and operational status of all equipment comprising the CCTV system; Perform a checklist covering camera positioning, panic alarm central operation, and intrusion detection system verification; Monitor elevator operations via the system—activating/deactivating/blocking floors as needed—and activate/deactivate escalators; Monitor the facility’s panic alarm system, including those installed in stores; Conduct daily CCTV monitoring operations across the entire facility; Complete the incident logbook and ensure the report accurately reflects all activities performed; Modulate and transmit messages on Security, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Parking frequencies; Accompany the floor team in checking access doors to the facility during non-operational hours and relay obtained information to the shift Supervisor; Assume responsibility for operating the parking control panel and verify malfunctions in automatic entry/exit gates; Request authorization from the shift Supervisor to release team members not requiring handover procedures; Receive authorization requests from floor posts (e.g., door opening authorization, bathroom access authorization); Open and close automatic gates at access-controlled areas and parking lots upon request from floor posts. **OBSERVATIONS** ---------------
