Develop and implement action plans to mitigate losses **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Support new projects, from process mapping to definition of KPIs and dashboards; \- Analyze data related to damages, shortages, exchanges, claims, and returns to identify root causes and cost reduction opportunities; \- Analyze incidents, indemnifications, and reimbursements; \- Define, develop, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs); \- Develop dashboards focused on Loss Prevention and Solutions; \- Develop, implement, and monitor action plans with branches to mitigate losses; \- Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Commercial departments to improve processes and prevent incidents; \- Conduct branch visits, when necessary, to identify weaknesses and propose improvements in processes, handling methods, packaging, cargo securing, and cargo verification; \- Prepare presentations and training materials for different hierarchical levels; \- Participate in meetings to present results; \- Perform other duties related to the position. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Minimum Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree; Desirable: Postgraduate Degree or MBA Fields of Study: Logistics and Engineering; Proficiency in Excel, BI, and data analysis tools.
