We are seeking a Senior Pricing and Hedge Analyst to join our team in São Paulo (Itaim Bibi). We are looking for someone with solid experience in agricultural commodities and export operations, who understands the price formation dynamics involving the physical market, CBOT, basis, and hedging, and is eager to work in a company experiencing robust growth. The position will play a strategic role in structuring export pricing, managing operations involving price fixations, rolls, and EFPs, and ensuring consistency among the physical market, derivatives, and financial results. If you possess advanced English proficiency, strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and senior-level experience to operate in a dynamic, highly market-exposed environment, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and structure pricing for export contracts (FOB/CNF), ensuring consistency among the physical market, CBOT, and hedging strategies; * Conduct and monitor CBOT-related operations, including fixations, rolls, and EFPs, ensuring alignment between physical positions and futures; * Support commodity and derivatives exposure management, contributing to coherence among pricing, risk, and economic results; * Develop and maintain intercompany transfer pricing methodologies, ensuring correct margin allocation across entities; * Ensure compliance with tax regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal pricing governance policies; * Support audit processes, ensuring traceability and documentation of pricing operations; * Collaborate with Accounting and Risk departments to ensure consistency of MTM, P\&L, and financial results; * Develop controls, reports, and tools to standardize and continuously improve pricing processes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields; * Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural commodities trading, pricing, risk management, or accounting; * Experience with export operations (FOB/CNF), physical markets, and derivatives; * Experience with CBOT, hedging, basis, fixations, rolls, and EFPs; * Knowledge of commodity pricing mechanisms (c/bu, USD/ton, BRL/saca); * Knowledge of risk management and mark-to-market (MTM) practices; * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory); * Power BI, SQL, or data analysis tools are advantageous; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered advantageous; * Analytical profile with strong attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to interface effectively with finance and commercial teams; **Additional Information** **In addition to fixed remuneration, we offer:** * Flexible Meal Voucher (R$1\.114,00 per month) \- (at no cost to the employee); * Porto Seguro Health Plan \- (at no cost to the employee); * Parking; * Life Insurance \- (at no cost to the employee); * Gympass; * Eligibility for the company’s variable compensation policy; * Eligibility for language study scholarships; Agribrasil has its headquarters in São Paulo, branches throughout Brazil, and a wholly-owned subsidiary based in Switzerland.
