Job Summary: A professional responsible for signaling and controlling the movement of people and equipment at construction sites, ensuring safety and efficient workflow. Key Highlights: 1. Guide and train teams on safety regulations Traffic Controller \- Construction Sites **Main Responsibilities:** * Signal the entry and exit of equipment, trucks, cranes, and excavators; * Signal pedestrian movement to ensure safe passage and prevent accidents; * Control traffic flow inside and around the construction site to avoid congestion and accidents; * Supervise material and equipment loading to prevent tipping or falling hazards; * Train new employees on site safety regulations and signaling procedures; * Maintain communication with equipment operators to ensure awareness of required signals and instructions for safe operations; * Inspect safety conditions across all areas of the construction site, identifying and correcting hazards that may compromise worker safety or site security; * Be familiar with traffic and safety regulations and signage; * Direct crane operators; * Monitor load weight and rigging conditions; * Isolate areas to restrict unauthorized access; * Instruct people not to stand near cranes; * Keep loading and unloading areas organized. ### **Requirements** * Relevant work experience. ### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * Food Basket; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR); * TotalPass; * Medical Plan; * Dental Plan; * Pharmacy Plan; * On-site Meal.
