Job Summary: Responsible for setting up and adjusting plastic injection molding machines, monitoring production, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparation and operation of plastic injection molding machines. 2. Knowledge of adjustment and maintenance of injection molding machines. 3. Ability to identify and resolve production problems. * Set up and adjust plastic injection molding machines. * Monitor the production process to ensure product quality. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines. * Identify and resolve production problems. * Participate in trials and adjustments of new molds. * Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production area. * Experience as a plastic injection machine setup technician. * Knowledge of plastic injection molding machine operation. * Completed high school education. * Technical course in plastics. * Knowledge of plastic injection molding machine adjustment. * Ability to identify and resolve production problems. * Knowledge of injection molding machines.
