Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET / React) – Healthcare Area

Description

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with solid experience in .NET and React to develop and maintain solutions focused on the healthcare sector. You will join a collaborative and innovative environment, directly contributing to the evolution of systems with emphasis on performance, security, scalability, and user experience. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core / C\# and React.js; Participate in healthcare system architecture and evolution; Develop RESTful APIs and system integrations; Ensure best practices in development, security, and performance; Participate in code reviews and provide technical support to the team; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business areas; Analyze and resolve production environment issues. Requirements: Requirements: Solid experience as a Senior Fullstack Developer; Experience with system architecture and development best practices; Familiarity with agile methodologies; Experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, health insurers, or healthcare management systems); C\# / .NET Core; React.js; SQL Server; REST APIs; Git. * Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of Azure; Experience with microservices; Experience with HL7/FHIR integrations; Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
