Main Responsibilities: * Map organizational workflows and subprocesses, ensuring clarity and standardization * Collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities * Develop flowcharts and technical process documentation * Propose and implement improvements in partnership with involved departments * Monitor performance indicators and results of initiatives * Prepare management reports and present analyses to leadership Requirements * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Process Management, IT, Economics, or related fields * Experience in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes * Experience with flowcharts and documentation * Knowledge of KPIs, data analysis, and continuous improvement * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace * Experience in multidisciplinary environments Preferred Qualifications * Retail industry experience * Knowledge of BPMN, ERP/CRM systems, and quality methodologies * Postgraduate degree in Process Management or related fields Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * SESC * Medical and dental assistance * On-site cafeteria * Pharmacy allowance * Day Off * TotalPass * Flexible working hours * Food basket * Product discount
