Work Location: São Paulo \- SP **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an intern to work in the Compensation area, focusing on supporting performance and metrics management initiatives. This person will have the opportunity to learn hands-on about results-oriented management models, contributing to analyses, data organization, and support for the area’s strategic needs. **Main Activities:** Support the development and monitoring of market research and results-oriented management models, including the breakdown of strategies into metrics and goals; Support the tracking and assessment of individual and corporate goals (ICP), including variable compensation (RV) programs; Assist in developing, updating, and analyzing metrics; Contribute to preparing executive presentations for board meetings; Organize databases and support generating insights for decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields; Proficiency in Excel (advanced level preferred); Interest in data analysis, metrics, and performance management; Strong communication and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools; At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
