Focus on optimizing costs, quality, and productivity **Responsibilities and Duties:** This professional will be responsible for developing construction planning, scheduling, and execution budgeting, analyzing designs, required resources, and other requirements to meet project execution needs, as well as supporting Production Management in meeting the construction schedule while focusing on optimizing costs, quality, and productivity of services delivered. **Duties:** * Develop planning jointly with the construction team, consistently aiming to fulfill the planned objectives; * Prepare execution schedules, milestone event or date schedules, procurement schedules, and supply schedules; * Detail planning with forecasts of input utilization, histograms, labor and equipment on-site duration schedules; * Monitor and control productivity, billing, and costs, presenting and proposing necessary corrective actions.
