If yes, this is your opportunity! **As a Project Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:** * Comply with established internal standards, instructions, and procedures (quality, occupational safety, environmental safety, environment, and others), adopting preventive actions to ensure delivery quality; * Lead the development of basic and executive projects for power plants and synchronous compensation plants in substations, including single-line diagrams, functional diagrams, construction drawings, flowcharts, descriptive memoranda, calculation memoranda, dismantling and assembly memoranda, data sheets, cable routing plans, cable routing schedules, material lists, and other documents required for auxiliary electrical systems and automation; * Provide technical support to manufacturing, field operations, procurement, and planning teams, resolve non-conformities, assign appropriate dispositions, and ensure final product quality; * Supervise and/or perform electrical system studies, such as short-circuit calculations, selectivity analysis, photometric calculations, lightning protection system (SPDA) design, insulation coordination, and others; * Supervise and/or prepare technical specifications for electrical components of equipment for ERP system registration, ensuring procurement aligns with technical characteristics defined in the project; * Plan activities, allocate resources, monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to delivery milestones and departmental performance indicators; * Evaluate, interpret, and identify critical points and discrepancies between technical specifications and technical proposals during executive project development, ensuring manufacturing and installation comply with customer specifications; * Review technical documentation from equipment, system, and service sub-suppliers or from customer reference documents to ensure full integration into the Executive Project; * Serve as a technical reference for the team, sharing knowledge and experience while encouraging team members’ professional development. Act as the point of contact between the department and internal/external customers, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams; * Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, implement new tools and technologies, and standardize procedures based on lessons learned. **We expect the following qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. **We seek candidates with the following technical skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite – intermediate proficiency; * English – intermediate to advanced proficiency; * Spanish – desirable; * Familiarity with Eplan, AutoCAD, Inventor, and/or Revit – desirable.
